It is 1175 ± 300mm or 1070+-300mm height, 3000mm width, 45ton/axle, axle base 1500mm or 1550mm, with Q690 high tensile steel. We also can manufacture Drop Deck(max capacity 200ton), Spacer(3m, 6m, 9m), Girder Bridge(250ton, 400ton, 450ton, ), Turn Table(300ton, 400ton, 3000ton). 1). Main Frame of TrailerHome Hydraulic Modular Trailers
Main beam, upper and lower wing beam, cross beam, longitudinal beam, connecting pin are using special thick WH60(δb=60kg/mm2) steel plate, box-shaped structure, high strength, hard to deform, good ability for concentrated Professional materials certificate of all steel can be offered.
2). The combinations and connections of modules adopts foreign general multiunit
connect-sheets connecting, high connection strength , not easy to break, convenient connection and combination, largely increase the combination speed.
3). Modular Trailers Suspension frame and balance arm is welding structure, high strength and delight appearance.
4). Steering of Modular Trailers
b. Steering rod system was optimized by computer, less steering error.
c. Length of lateral rod is fixed, easy to exchange.
d. Steering pad adopts multiple holes design and not need to change steering pad when combine or adding module.
e. When the axle in maximum steering angle, the angle between lateral rod and suspension is 24 degree, in this way, the force against lateral rod is in small quantity, not easy to deformation and break with less steering resistance.
5). Hydraulic trailer and air pipeline adopts swift joint, combination is swift.
6). Hydraulic suspension oil cylinder is manufactured via pull-cylinder techniques, high strength, and seals parts are all using overseas famous brand.
7). Stop valves are using imported famous ball valve, quick control.
8). All stop valves, seal parts, and valve plate are using imported brands.
9). Hydraulic suspension oil pipe line adopts dual-pipe system, ensure the safety of operation.
10). Maximum steering angle of the first wheel is 55 degree.
11).When Three (2file and half version) or four file combination, the connection parts are strengthened, to ensure the better general strength of frame.
